HOW AND WHERE CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Our shipments are made through Global Express/17track/Correos Spain/CTT Express/Ecooscoting
WHEN IS IT SHIPPED BY CTT EXPRESS AND WHEN BY THE OTHER CARRIERS?
If you have ordered from the Balearic or Canary Islands, your package will arrive with regular mail, (14-17 business days)
Within the mainland with CTT Express/Global Express/Ecooscoting (7-12 business days)
- Once you receive the tracking number by email, you need to go to one of these two websites;
www.global.caninao.com
- On the website, there is a section where you can enter the tracking number we previously sent you by email.
- You just need to copy and paste the number there, AND YOU'RE DONE! You can keep track of your package :)
They usually call at the time of delivery, so don't worry!
