  1. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

To do so, you must follow the purchase process steps, filling in or checking the information requested at each step, and it is up to you whether you want to make the purchase as a registered user or not. There is also a detailed description of the purchase processes. To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on “Authorize Payment”. You will automatically receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order marked as “Payment Accepted”. Within 48 hours after making your purchase, the status of your order will be “In Preparation”. Once your order leaves the warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking number of your order, at which time the status of your order will be shown as “Shipped”. From that moment, we will continue to send you emails informing you of the status of your order until you have it in your possession, where finally the status of your order will be indicated as “Delivered”. If you place an order during a promotion and there is no stock at the time of purchase, no refund option will be made, only the option to exchange the model for the same amount, thank you. You can only cancel the same on the day of the order until 21:00 at night. Thank you.

  1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability. If your order cannot be processed due to lack of stock, we will duly inform you by email of the status of your order. After receiving the email, you may choose whether we process a full refund of the value of your purchase through the same payment method used to make the purchase or a voucher for the same value if you prefer an exchange for another product on the website.

If you buy during a promotion, we only accept product exchanges, no refunds.

  1. DELIVERY

Delivery is made through international mail. Please note that in any case, we do not deliver to homes on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. The postal staff will deliver the package to your address. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the postal staff will leave a notice for you to pick up your order at the main post office in your district. Remember to bring your ID and tracking number. After 10 days from the notice, if you have not picked up your purchase, it will be returned to the origin, which will incur a cost of €20.00 to be borne by the buyer. The usual delivery time is 25-30 days, however, due to the current COVID-19 situation, delivery times may exceed the maximum period. If you do not receive your order within a maximum of 90 days from the time you made the purchase, a refund will be issued.

The prices on the website INCLUDE shipping costs. Duties, according to the new regulations in force since July 1, 2021, are the responsibility of the customer. Prices may change at any time, but (except as set out above) possible changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a “Order Confirmation”. Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, they will have been added to your cart and the next step will be to process the order and make payment. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, filling in or checking the information requested at each step.   1. RETURN POLICY

  1. You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the order to report any issues related to your order. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange for its collection and subsequent refund or exchange of the product free of charge. You must first attach images of the product you received showing the damage for our assessment. Please attach and send this information through the contact form on the website. Under no circumstances will we process returns if the product has been used. Returns from the Canary Islands are not permitted.
  2. If you purchased with an applied discount, we do not make exchanges or returns for size once the customer has received the product.
  3. The only products that can be exchanged are the electronic devices we have on the website, and only if they malfunction.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

An order can only be canceled on the same day the order is placed until 9:00 p.m. from the date of "Payment Accepted" confirmation. The refund will be made using the same method used to make the purchase.

  1. SIZE CHANGES / COLOR CHANGES / CUSTOMER DATA CHANGES

These changes are only allowed within the first 24 hours from the date of "Payment Accepted" confirmation.

  1. NOTIFICATIONS

Notifications that you send to us must be sent through our contact form. We may send communications to the email provided by you when placing an order. It will be understood that notifications have been received and have been correctly made at the same instant they are posted on our website, 24 hours after an email has been sent. To prove that the notification has been made, it will be sufficient to prove that the email was correctly registered by the recipient.

  1. ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

The contract is binding on both you and us, as well as our respective successors, assignees, and transferees.   4. Impossibility of using trains, ships, planes, motor transport, or other means of transport, public or private.
  5. Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.
  6. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government or public authority. It will be understood that the obligations will be suspended during the period in which the Force Majeure continues, and we will have an extension of the period to fulfill those obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the Force Majeure. We will use all reasonable means to end the Force Majeure or to find a solution that allows us to fulfill our obligations despite the Force Majeure.

  1. WAIVER

Failure on our part to require strict compliance by you with any of the obligations assumed by you under a contract or these Conditions or our failure to exercise any rights or actions that may correspond to us under that contract or the Conditions shall not constitute a waiver or limitation of those rights or actions, nor shall it relieve you of complying with such obligations. No waiver by us of a specific right or action will constitute a waiver of other rights or actions arising from a contract or the Conditions. No waiver by us of any of these Conditions or rights or actions arising from a contract will take effect unless expressly stated to be a waiver and formalized and communicated to you in writing in accordance with the Notifications section above.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any of these Conditions or any provision of a contract is declared null and void by a final decision issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in force, unaffected by such declaration of nullity.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Conditions and any document expressly referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the subject matter hereof and supersede any other prior agreement, understanding, or promise agreed between you and us verbally or in writing. You and we acknowledge having consented to enter into a contract without having relied on any statement or promise made by the other party or that could be inferred from any statement or writing during negotiations between the two before the same, except for what is expressly mentioned in these Conditions. Neither you nor we shall have any action against any uncertain statement made by the other party, verbally or in writing, before the date of a contract (unless such uncertain statement was made fraudulently) and the only action available to the other party will be for breach of contract in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions.

  1. DROPSHIPPING OPERATIONS

The following purchase is a dropshipping operation, so your order will be forwarded to the seller in China, who will directly send you the order, which you can track through this website. The customer is informed that they will have the status of the final consumer and, consequently, the importer, in the event that customs VAT or any other type of duty is generated upon receipt of the order.
